LAB DIP

Our company uses the most advanced automatic proofing machine, which integrates liquid preparation, drop and dyeing, to ensure the quality stability of products. Color printing can be carried out according to the color sample provided by the customer or the international Pantone (Pantone) color card, archroma color card, CSI color card and other color cards

KNITTING

Our company is equipped with different specifications of warp knitting and weft knitting machine, so that the production capacity of fabrics can reach a certain scale and enrich the company's product categories.

DYEING

Our dyeing workshop is equipped with automatic color matching device and advanced dye machine. Through close cooperation with famous dye stuff and auxiliary suppliers, we can ensure accurate color matching and stable quality.

PRINTING

Our company has introduced flat screen printing, digital direct printing and transfer printing machine. According to the needs of customers, we can provide satisfactory patterns in accordance with the actual production conditions.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our company has a mature, strict and comprehensive quality control system. We have set up quality inspection in the whole process of greige, dyeing and bulk delivery, integrating knitting, dyeing, printing and other production processes, and introducing ERP computer management system to monitor the production process in real time and realize data sharing, so as to provide strong support for the stable quality of products and efficient operation of production capacity
